The terms that govern this website, how calls and texts work, and what is and is not being promised about coverage or price.

de la Rosa Insurance Solutions is an independent insurance brokerage based in Tampa, Florida. Julian Sanchez de la Rosa is a licensed insurance producer, NPN 21266971, licensed in 31 states.
This brokerage is not an insurance carrier. It does not underwrite policies, it does not pay claims, and it does not decide whether an application is approved. Those decisions belong to the carrier. What a broker does is lay out the options available to you, explain honestly what each one covers, and submit the application you choose.
Everything on this website is general information. It is not an offer of insurance, it is not a contract, and it is not tax or legal advice. The only terms that govern your coverage are the ones in the policy the carrier actually issues you.
By giving your mobile number and checking the consent box on the request form, you agree to receive text messages from de la Rosa Insurance Solutions about your coverage request.
Submitting the request form is how you ask to be contacted, and it is an invitation to reach out at the number and email address you provide — including by automated or prerecorded means where that applies. That consent is not a condition of buying anything.
You can withdraw it at any time: say so on a call, reply to an email, reply STOP to a text, or write to juliansanchezdelarosa@gmail.com.
Any premium figure on this site — including anything produced by the cost estimator — is an illustration, not a quote. Estimates are deliberately given as wide ranges because actual pricing depends on your age, your state and county, household size, tobacco use, the plan you choose, and carrier underwriting.
Examples of what someone else saved are exactly that: examples. They are not a prediction of what you will pay. No outcome, approval, price, or saving is guaranteed. Plan availability, benefits, provider networks, and premiums vary by state and carrier and change from year to year.

Links to outside websites, such as a carrier's site or a government marketplace, are provided for convenience. Those sites are not controlled here and have their own terms and privacy policies.
How information is collected, used, and shared is covered separately in the privacy policy. The short version: nothing is ever sold, rented, or traded to lead buyers or other agents.
These terms may change as the business or the rules change. The date at the top of the page reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after an update means the updated terms apply.
