What is collected when you use this site, what it is used for, and who it does and does not go to. The short version: your information is never sold.

Everything here comes from one of two places: what you type into the request form, or what your browser reports automatically when you load a page.
The request form asks for your first and last name, email address, phone number, the state you live in, which situation describes you, when you would prefer to be reached, and anything you choose to add in the notes field. The notes box is free text, so what ends up in it is entirely your choice.
Please do not send health records, Social Security numbers, or financial account details through the website form. It is not built for that. When an application genuinely requires that information, it is collected later through the carrier's own secure enrollment system, not here.
Like any website, this one records ordinary technical information through Google Analytics: which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visitor was, what type of device and browser was used, and which site or search sent them. This is counted in aggregate. It is not tied to your name, and it does not capture anything you type into the form.
To respond to you, and to do the work you asked for. Specifically:
Your information is not used to build advertising profiles, and it is not fed to any advertising platform.
If you give a mobile number and consent to texts, that number is used to reach you about your own coverage request — quotes, scheduling, document reminders, and enrollment deadlines.
Your information is never sold. It is never rented. It is never traded to lead buyers, other agents, or marketing companies. There is no circumstance in which that happens.
It is shared only in these situations:
This site uses Google Analytics, which sets a cookie in order to tell a returning visitor from a new one and to measure which pages get read. That is the extent of the tracking. There are no advertising pixels, no retargeting tags, no Meta or TikTok trackers, and nothing that follows you to other websites.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still work normally. If you would rather Google Analytics not measure your visit at all, Google publishes an opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Depending on where you live, state law may give you a formal right to make those requests. Those requests are honored regardless of which state you are in. One limit applies to everyone: where an application has already been submitted to a carrier, insurance recordkeeping rules require that the file be retained for a set period, so records tied to an actual policy cannot always be erased on request.
The site is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection, so what you type into the form is encrypted in transit. Form submissions are delivered straight to this brokerage and to the customer system described above; they are not held in some open inbox. Access to those systems is limited to Julian Sanchez de la Rosa.
That said, no method of transmitting information over the internet is perfectly secure, and no one who tells you otherwise should be believed. What is promised here is reasonable, standard protection — not a guarantee.
This site is meant for adults shopping for coverage and is not directed at children under 13. Information is not knowingly collected from anyone under 13. Children are of course covered under family plans; in that case their details come from a parent or guardian during the application, not from the child.
This policy may be updated as the business changes or as the rules do. When it is, the date at the top of the page changes with it. Material changes will be reflected on this page rather than communicated quietly.
